Roschier represented Ramudden in the acquisition of Worxsafe AB

Ramudden and Work Zone Safety Group have signed an agreement to acquire 100% of the shares in Worxsafe AB. Roschier represented Ramudden in the acquisition.

Owned by investment firm Triton, Ramudden is a consultant and provider of workplace safety in busy surroundings. Worxsafe AB is a leading developer of temporary traffic management- and vertical construction-related products.

Roschier’s core advisory team comprised Björn Winström, Ahmed Al-Rahma, Fredrik Eriksson Oppliger, Nicolina Lavdas, Filippa Michelsson and Alice Göransson.
