Roschier represented Renewable Power Capital in the acquisition of a 528MW onshore wind farm portfolio in Sweden

Renewable Power Capital (RPC) has agreed to acquire a 528MW cluster of ready-to-build onshore wind projects located in the Kramfors and Sollefteå municipalities in northern Sweden. Roschier advised RPC in the transaction, which is valued at EUR 800 million.

The transaction includes the acquisition of the projects and the commitment of the capital required for construction. RPC will be responsible for completing the procurement and overseeing the construction management of the projects. The portfolio is expected to generate power ready for export to grid in late 2025.

Renewable Power Capital is a pan-European renewable energy investment platform established in 2020, backed by CPP Investments. Registered in the United Kingdom, with headquarters in London, RPC invests in the development, construction, and long-term ownership of solar, onshore wind and battery storage projects.

Roschier’s main advisory team comprised Markus Olsson, Lovisa Eliasson, Hugo Lundstedt, Mahir Silajdzic and Andy Li, together with Toni Siimes and Rene Male.
