Roschier represented SEB Private Equity and the other shareholders in the sale of Soluno Group

SEB Private Equity has sold Sweden-based UCaaS platform Soluno to Europe’s largest secure cloud communication provider Destiny, a portfolio company of Apax Partners. Roschier advised SEB Private Equity and the other shareholders in the transaction.

Headquartered in Stockholm, the Soluno Group is one of the leading UCaaS providers in Europe, which IP-rich service offering include cloud PBX and next-generation collaboration tools. SEB Private Equity acquired Soluno in 2017.
