Roschier represented Slättö Core+ in the EUR 300 million acquisition of Estea’s public use real estate portfolio
Slättö Core+ has entered into a conditional agreement to acquire a public use real estate portfolio with 47 properties, totaling around 87,000 square meters, with an underlying value of approximately EUR 300 million from Estea. Roschier represented Slättö Core+ in the acquisition.
The portfolio properties are located in large municipalities in Sweden with a focus on Stockholm and Gothenburg. The portfolio mainly consists of elderly care homes with a remaining lease duration of about 9 years.
Slättö Core+, launched in 2019, is a Swedish investment fund with a Nordic institutional investor base that invests in real estate with a robust and sustainable cash flow profile. With this transaction, the company expands its portfolio to exceed a balance sheet total of EUR 1 billion.
