Roschier represented Solör Bioenergi Fjärrvärme in its acquisition of Vasa Värme Holding
Solör Bioenergi Fjärrvärme AB has acquired all common shares in Vasa Värme Holding AB from Luxembourg-based company Swedish District Heating 1 S.á r.l, a subsidiary to Asper Investment Management. Roschier represented the buyer in the transaction.
The Vasa Värme Group consists of six district heating power plants located across Sweden. Vasa Värme delivers renewable energy to approximately 1 000 customers in Sweden and accounts for an energy delivery of approximately 140 GWh.
Solör Bioenergi Fjärrvärme AB, part of the Solör Bioenergy Group, is one of the leading companies within district heating in the Nordic region. Post the acquisition, Solör Bioenergy Group is operating in 81 municipalities in Sweden and 17 municipalities in Norway.
Roschier is a longtime advisor to Solör, having represented them in several transactions; advising on Solör’s acquisition of Pemco Energi, the refinancing of the Solör Group, and Polhem Group’s acquisition of approximately 20% of the shares in Solör.
