Oatly Group AB's initial public offering of American Depositary Shares on Nasdaq Global Select Market was valued at USD 10 billion on the first day of trading. Roschier acted as Swedish local counsel for the underwriting banks, with Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP as leading counsel.
The American Depositary Shares began trading on the Nasdaq Global Select Market in New York on 20 May 2021. The IPO price was USD 17 per share, implying a market capitalization of approximately USD 10 billion.
Morgan Stanley, J.P. Morgan and Credit Suisse acted as lead book-running managers for the offering, representing several underwriters, where Barclays, Jefferies, BNP PARIBAS, BofA Securities, Piper Sandler and RBC Capital Markets acted as book-running managers, and Rabo Securities, William Blair, Guggenheim Securities, Truist Securities, CICC, Nordea Bank Abp, Oppenheimer & Co., SEB, Blaylock Van LLC, C.L. King & Associates, Loop Capital Markets, Ramirez & Co., Inc., Siebert Williams Shank and Tribal Capital Markets acted as co-managers for the offering.
