Roschier represented Tritax EuroBox in its divestment of a property to a data center developer

Roschier represented Tritax EuroBox in its divestment of a property in Malmö, Sweden for a purchase price of SEK 320 million (EUR 28 million). The net sale price is 39 percent above the valuation as of 31 March 2023. The buyer plans to develop a data center on the property.

Tritax EuroBox, founded in 2018, is a logistics real estate platform. The London-based company manages and invests in a well-diversified portfolio of Continental European logistics real estate assets. Tritax EuroBox has a total portfolio value of EUR 1.56 billion as per September 2023.

The buyer is a multinational software corporation that develops, manufactures, licenses, supports and sells a range of software products and services.
