Roschier represents Handelsbanken and Carnegie in connection with KB Components’ IPO on Nasdaq First North Premier Growth Market.
KB Components AB has carried out an initial public offering of its shares on Nasdaq First North Premier Growth Market. The price in the offering was set to SEK 38 per share, corresponding to a total value for all shares in the company of approximately SEK 2,128 million. The offering attracted strong interest from Swedish and international investors as well as the general public in Sweden and was oversubscribed. Svenska Handelsbanken AB (publ) is Sole Global Coordinator and Joint Bookrunner, and Carnegie Investment Bank AB (publ) is Joint Bookrunner in connection with the IPO. Roschier is acting as legal advisor to Handelsbanken and Carnegie in connection with the IPO.
