Roschier represents IK Investment Partners in its acquisition of BST Brandskyddsteamet

Roschier represents IK Small Cap II Fund, a fund advised by IK Investment Partners Ltd, in its acquisition of BST Brandskyddsteamet AB, a leading Swedish provider of active fire protection services, from Infrea AB (publ), the founders and managers. The completion of the transaction is subject to regulatory approval.

BST Brandskyddsteamet AB, founded in 2012, has strong local presence across Sweden providing a wide range of sprinkler system services, including consultancy & design, installation and repair & maintenance.

The Roschier team mainly comprised Markus Olsson and Harem Mahir (lead partners), Jeppa Persson (project manager), Alexander Landolsi, Per Kling and Erik Sköld.
