Roschier represents Patricia Industries in the SEK 2.8 billion sale of Aleris

Patricia Industries, a part of Investor AB, has signed an agreement to divest Aleris to Triton at an enterprise value of SEK 2.8 billion.

The sale includes the legal entities Aleris Healthcare AB, Aleris Imaging AB and their subsidiaries in Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Lithuania.

Aleris is one of the leading providers of healthcare, specialty care and radiology in Scandinavia. Aleris’ specialist care operations include hospitals, outpatient clinics, radiology and labs through more than 100 units with one million patient visits and one million radiological examinations annually.

The completion of the transaction is subject to regulatory approval.
