Roschier represents Telia in the expansion of the tower partnership with Brookfield and Alecta
Communications services company Telia sells 49% of its towers infrastructure business in Sweden for SEK 5,500 million, to the funds managed by alternative asset manager Brookfield and the manager of Swedish occupational pension plans Alecta. Roschier advises Telia in the transaction.
