Solör Bioenergy’s acquisition of district heating network in Åkersberga

Solör Bioenergy, one of the leading companies within district heating in the Nordic region, has acquired the district heating operation located in Åkersberga from the international energy company E.ON.

The acquisition includes both the production plant and the network in Åkersberga. The production delivers c 70 GWh heat per year and E.ON will continue to operate the plant during a transitional period. Roschier represented Solör in the transaction.
