The GAR 100 again includes Roschier among the best in international arbitration

Our cross-border Dispute Resolution team continues to gain accolades for being one of the best in the Nordics to handle complicated international arbitration cases. Some upcoming promotions further strengthen the team.

The criteria identified in the survey are reputation, amount of work undertaken and experience.

The GAR 100 – 13th edition, published by Global Arbitration Review, mentions Roschier defending the Kingdom of Sweden  against an investment treaty claim over a uranium ban, as well as our focus on arbitration with a Nordic angle, including serving foreign companies in East-West disputes seated in Stockholm. Our broad international network is also noted.

As one client told the GAR 100 auditors: “Roschier are efficient, pragmatic and responsive” and “know the international arbitration environment in the Nordics through and through.”

With the promotions of Shirin Saif to Partner and Carl Persson to Principal Associate, the team is even better prepared for taking on complex cases in domestic and international litigation and arbitration.

The GAR 100 offers reviews on practices of all sizes from all parts of the world, all audited by Global Arbitration Review.

Roschier has been included in 12 of the 13 published GAR 100 editions.
