Upcoming Roschier Reflections: Public Procurement, 4 December 2018

Roschier’s Public Procurement lunch seminar will address current issues on the ongoing, exceptionally notable public procurement projects going on in Finland. These exceptionally large projects that include significant public interest also require mastering of complex legal issues, whether executing or participating in them. Join us at Roschier´s Procurement Practices´ seminar in December to hear more about the topic.

After the networking and lunch we will start the seminar with an overview to the current legal praxis, followed by Colonel (eng.) Tapio Halkola‘s (Project Manager in Industrial Participation, Association of Finnish Defence and Aerospace Industries) presentation on the role of the Finnish industry in regard to the Industrial Participation relating to the Defence Forces’ ongoing Fighter Program. Further, we will examine these high-value projects from the aspect of the procurement legislation. Lastly, there will be time reserved for questions and discussion.
