- Global financial sponsor, leading within investments in non-performing loans and portfolios, in the SEK 11.5 billion acquisition of loan portfolios from a European credit management company.
- European financial sponsor and one of its portfolio companies on multiple add-on acquisitions within dental consumables distribution and equipment.
- Leading global technology company on the carve-out and divestment of its European power trading and clearing business.
- The private equity arm of an international investment bank on its role as lead investor in a green energy manufacturer.
- Multinational company on its acquisition of an optical business from a Swedish investment company.
