Andreas Hallbeck is a Stockholm-based Senior Associate working with Roschier’s Dispute Resolution and Corporate Compliance & Investigations practices. He is a member of the Swedish Bar Association and is also qualified to practice law in the State of New York as a member of the New York State Bar. In addition to his Swedish LL.M. degree, Andreas holds a US LL.M. degree, which he completed as a Fulbright scholar at the University of Texas.
Andreas’ experience includes acting as a counsel in international and domestic commercial arbitrations, investor-state arbitrations, as well as challenge proceedings and other proceedings at Swedish courts. He has represented clients in arbitration proceedings under the ICC Rules, SCC Rules and the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules, in cases relating to e.g. international sales contracts, banking, M&A transactions, W&I insurances and construction.
Moreover, Andreas is experienced in working with multi-jurisdictional white-collar crime investigations and compliance matters. As a visiting lawyer at Nokia Corporation, he led internal investigations into alleged breaches of company code of conduct or violations of law.
Andreas is currently on a leave of absence.
