Andreas Hallbeck is a Stockholm-based Senior Associate working with Roschier’s Corporate Investigations & Compliance and Dispute Resolution practices. He is a member of the Swedish Bar Association and is also qualified to practice law in the State of New York as a member of the New York State Bar. In addition to his Swedish LL.M. degree, Andreas holds a US LL.M. degree, which he completed as a Fulbright scholar at the University of Texas.

Andreas is experienced in working with multi-jurisdictional white-collar crime investigations and other internal investigations. He actively advises clients on strategic and compliance matters, including for the purpose of crisis management and dispute avoidance. In the field of compliance, he has gained valuable in-house experience from his secondments at large Nordic companies. As a visiting lawyer at Nokia Corporation, he led internal investigations into alleged breaches of company code of conduct or violations of law.

Andreas’ experience also includes acting as a counsel in international and domestic commercial arbitrations, investor-state arbitrations, as well as challenge proceedings and other proceedings at Swedish courts. He has represented clients in arbitration proceedings under the ICC Rules, SCC Rules and the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules, in cases relating to e.g. international sales contracts, banking, M&A transactions, D&O, W&I and other insurance, and construction.
