Fredrik Eriksson Oppliger is a Stockholm-based Associate and a member of Roschier’s Private M&A practice. He is specializing in Nordic and international transactions, including all aspects of private M&A, private and venture equity and other corporate law matters. In addition to his LL.M. degree, Fredrik holds a B.Sc. in Business and Economics from Lunds University. He joined Roschier in 2021.
