Mahir Silajdzic is a Stockholm-based Senior Associate working with Roschier’s Real Estate, Energy & Infrastructure, and Complex Construction practices. He specializes in real-estate transactions and developments and has extensive experience of working with international and domestic companies, funds, and fund sponsors.

Mahir’s experience covers large-scale real estate transactions and investments, as well as acquisitions and divestments relating to infrastructure and energy. Mahir is also regularly involved in complex construction projects such as major commercial real-estate developments, infrastructure projects, industrial investments, wind farms, and carbon capture and storage solutions.

Mahir joined Roschier in 2021. Prior to joining the firm, he worked as an in-house legal counsel within the field of construction.

Mahir is currently on leave of absence.
