Martti Ylinen is a Helsinki-based Senior Associate working with Roschier’s Real Estate, Energy & Infrastructure and FDI & Protective Security practices. He has experience in various types of real estate transactions, energy and infrastructure projects as well as other real estate advice, such as commercial real estate leasing, asset management and property development. Martti has also gained experience in dispute resolution through his court traineeship in the District Court of Helsinki and his work on disputes, particularly in the field of real estate law. He joined Roschier in 2019.

Martti Ylinen’s experience includes advising:
- A special investment fund managed by the LocalTapiola Alternative Investment Funds Ltd in the acquisition of a social infrastructure portfolio;
- Altaal and Carnegie in the establishment of a new investment company and its acquisition of Ramboll’s Finnish headquarters; and
- NREP in the acquisition of a head quarter level office property centrally located in Espoo, Finland from Metsä Group’s parent company Metsäliitto Osuuskunta and Mela.
