Mathilda Hoffman is a Stockholm-based Associate working with Roschier’s Private M&A practice, focusing on private M&A and private equity. Mathilda is regularly involved in various Nordic and cross-border transactions, representing both private equity sponsors and corporate investors, and has also experience from advising on general corporate and commercial matters. Mathilda joined Roschier in 2021.

Mathilda was awarded the best master’s thesis in commercial law for 2021 at Lund University.

Mathilda is currently on leave of absence.

  • Patricia Industries, and its subsidiary Vectura, in the SEK 3.9 billion sale of the Grand Group and the Grand Hôtel property to FAM.
