Oskari Lindholm is a Helsinki-based Senior Associate working with Roschier’s Employment practice. Oskari’s experience includes advising international and domestic clients on employment-related matters relating to transactional employment law, co-operation procedures, collective termination of employment and executive employment contracts. Oskari specializes in complex investigations related to suspected harassment and other workplace-related non-compliance as well as occupational safety and health matters. He also regularly advises clients on matters related to whistleblowing, remote work abroad and work-based immigration.
Before obtaining his law degree, Oskari gained experience in the field of HVAC business. He joined Roschier upon his graduation in 2018.
