Philip Mellberg is a Stockholm-based Associate and a member of Roschier’s Dispute Resolution practice. Philip advises clients in commercial and investment arbitration proceedings, with experience from the SCC, ICC and LCIA arbitration rules. He has acted as counsel in a variety of disputes relating to, e.g., energy, joint ventures, construction, sale of goods, challenge of arbitral awards, insurance, securities, and complex technologies.
In addition to his counsel work, Philip currently serves as assistant editor of Stockholm Arbitration Yearbook.
