Prisca Betesta is a Stockholm-based Senior Associate and a member of the Energy & Infrastructure, Private M&A and Industrial Investments practices. Prisca has been involved in various M&A assignments, with particular focus on large-scale transactions within the field of renewable energy (photovoltaic, offshore and onshore wind).

Prisca has also been involved in complex projects regarding electricity transmission (HV/DC converter stations) as well as in the transportation sector (construction and operation of motorways, road tolling systems, operation of railways and subways). Former in-house contract manager in a multinational company, she has hands-on experience in contract negotiation, contract management and sourcing processes.
