Taru-Tuulia Tammi is a Helsinki-based Associate working with Roschier’s Dispute Resolution practice. Taru has been assisting clients with various commercial arbitrations, litigation, and alternative dispute resolution. She has also assisted our clients in compliance investigations, as well as corporate compliance and sanctions related advice. She has been involved in disputes relating to, among other things, large-scale industrial projects and energy, shareholder agreements, and financing agreements. Taru has also been part of the organizing team of the Helsinki Pre-Moot since 2021.
