- Blackstone and its portfolio company QTS in an ongoing large scale data center development project in Forssa, Finland;
- Enersense International Plc in the sale of its wind and solar power project development business to Fortum.
- CapMan Real Estate in the acquisition of two newly built residential assets located in the districts of Olari and Soukka, in Espoo, Finland;
- Blackstone in the acquisition of an urban logistics portfolio comprising 22 assets and valued at EUR 135 million; and
- Conquest in the acquisition of a 182MW onshore wind portfolio developed by Winda Energy from BHM Renewables.
